UPS물류 운영을 위한 기술지원 직무입니다. 개인의 기술 지식과 기기 분석 능력을 활용하여 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 물류 설비를 제공하고 환경 규제에 맞는 작업환경을 조성합니다. 상세 직무는 아래와 같습니다.
근무지: 인천공항 화물터미널 내 UPS (인천광역시 중구 공항동로 295번길 77-45)
채용 예정일: 즉시
- 컨베이어 장비 및 건물 유지보수
- 컨베이어 기능 문제 원인을 조사하고, 문제 해결, 교정, 분석 및 조정. 운영 관리자와 상급자와 소통하며 설비 결함으로 인하여 가동이 중단되지 않도록 지원.
- 설비 고장 긴급 호출에 대응하고 신속하게 수리하도록 지원.
- 업체/정비사가 설비 정기 점검을 수행하도록 파견하고 관리.
- 일일 장비 보고서를 검토하고 설비 문제 해결을 위해 업체/정비사를 파견.
- 장비 부품에 대한 여유 자재 재고 관리와 주문.
- 프로젝트 업무 수행
- 설비 변경과 관련된 프로젝트 타당성 자료 (설비 배치 도면, 예산, 일정) 작성
- 건설, 조달, 설치에 대한 입찰, 발주, 계약 수행.
- 계약자가 계약 내용을 이행하도록 감독
- 프로젝트 비용과 기간 관리
- 설비 안전과 환경 법규 준수하도록 관리
- 법규 준수여부를 정기적으로 평가
- 확인 된 결함 내용의 원인을 파악하고 시정.
- 설비 사용자에게 규정 준수 요구 사항을 교육
- 설비 환경 미화 관리
- 시설 미화업체 입찰, 계약, 관리
자격 요건:
- 기계 공학/전기 공학/토목 공학/건설 관리 또는 유사 관련 분야 학사 학위
- 뛰어난 의사 소통 능력. 영어 및 한국어 구사 능력 (쓰기 및 말하기 모두 능숙)
- Microsoft Office 응용 프로그램 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint 등) 능숙
- AutoCAD 사용 경험
- 컨베이어 시스템 설치 또는 유지보수 관리 분야 최소 1년 경력, 3년 경력 우대
- 빠르게 변화하고, 창고형 사무실에서도 근무 가능
- 세부 사항을 검토하고, 결과 중심적인 사고
- 업무의 긴급성을 인지하는 사고
- 근무 시간 변경에 대한 유연함
- 혼자서 최대 32kg까지 들어올릴 수 있어야 함
- 전기 회로도 및 기본 도면을 읽고 해석하는 능력 우대
- PLC 및 전기 제어 관련 지식 우대
- IBM Maximo, Coupa 및 Oracle 소프트웨어 사용 경험 우대
- 굴절 붐 리프트, 시저 리프트 및 지게차 경험 우대
This position combines the individual’s technical knowledge and analytical skills to support UPS operations through providing safe and reliable material handling equipment and facilities and ensuring environmental compliance. The Buildings and Systems Engineering Specialist will be performing the following tasks:
- Maintenance of conveyor equipment and buildings
- Investigating root causes for conveyor performance issues using system analysis tools. Troubleshooting, calibrating, analyzing, and adjusting Conveyor Systems as necessary to maintain optimal performance. Communicating with the Buildings and Systems Engineering Supervisor and Operations Management to reduce system defects and equipment downtime
- Responding to calls and breakdowns related to conveyor system components and expediting their completion
- Dispatching of field-support vendors/mechanics to conduct regular PMI.
- Reviewing Daily Equipment Condition Reports; Dispatching vendors/mechanics to rectify Conveyor and Building issues
- Parts ordering and inventory maintenance
- Assist the Supervisor with project management tasks related to the installation of conveyor equipment and facility modifications, supervise contractors, holding them accountable to fulfilling the scope of the contract
- Manage budget to ensure project scope is completed without exceeding approved funds
- Prepare estimates and drawings for facility and equipment layouts
- Prepare justifications for appropriations of funds for projects
- Prepare bid documents and contracts for construction, procurement, and installation
- Fairly bid and award contracts for projects
- Assist the Supervisor with Facility Safety and Environmental Programs compliance
- Implement programs by assessing needs and creating documents
- Train local staff in compliance requirements
- Audit Facility Safety and Environmental programs for compliance
- Implement corrective actions for identified deficiencies
- Assist the Supervisor with Facility Housekeeping Tasks.
- Directly or support others in oversight of housekeeping contractors
- Create detailed bid packages for housekeeping contracts
- Fairly and openly bid and award contracts for housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Construction Management or similar relevant discipline
- Excellent communication skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Korean.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- 1 year experience minimum, 3 years preferred in conveyor system installations OR maintenance management.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, warehouse setting
- Results and detail oriented
- Sense of urgency
- Flexibility to accommodate changing shift time
- Capable of lifting up to 32kg unassisted
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and elementary diagrams is an asset
- Knowledge of PLC’s and electrical controls is an asset
- Experience with IBM Maximo, Coupa, and Oracle software is an asset
- Articulating-boom lift, scissor lift, and forklift experience is an asset
