PRIMARY FUNCTION / OBJECTIVE :
The Sr. Territory Manager has the responsibility (within a defined region of S. Korea)
- Successfully manage CS accounts to meet the target and share maximization.
- Execute sales goals, development of activities, and direct execution of strategy in CS franchises
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term commercial strategies
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY :
Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory as well as providing input to the overall performance of the country
- Manage distributors to gain maximum market share and deliver strong sales performance in CS
- Maximize sales and profitability by appropriate sales strategies, marketing, technical and sales support programs.
- Analyze sales performance and business review to identify issues and action plans.
- Lead and coach external distributors for achieving high level of salesforce effectiveness competence.
- Build long term relationships with local KOLs, distributors, and other partners.
- Have authority to make sales commitments for assigned efforts and is accountable for results.
- Develop action plans for each account that uses the resources of the entire SH organization to influence the key decision makers.
- Implement comprehensive sales plans to ensure increased market penetration and establishing of new accounts.
- Analyzes sales statistics; prepares reports; and performs required administrative sales duties, e.g., filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory on a regular basis.
- Develop the necessary knowledge and experience to be a valued technical and business consultant within the hospital ecosystem.
- Implement field-based physician and staff training programs
- Understand the needs of the customers and follow up diligently on customer requests
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory as well as providing input to the overall performance of the state.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS :
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum required professional experience : 8years
- Preferred medical device industry experience and cardiac surgeon field experiences
- In-depth understanding of SH (or similar)product lines and solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts
- Proven experience and performance record with distributor management is a must
- Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
