Tasks
- 1. Technical Expertise & Interpretation
- Understand and interpret key international standards including ISO 12405-4, IEC 62620, IEC 62660, IEC 62619, UL 2580, UL 2271, UNECE R100, etc
- Guide clients on compliance requirements and applicable testing criteria
- 2. Battery Testing Operations
- Execute testing procedures for battery cells, modules, and packs using battery cyclers and environmental chambers
- Follow both standardized and client-specific test protocols with accuracy and safety
- 3. Test Data Reporting
- Document and summarize test results clearly and submit to internal reviewers for certification processing
- 4. Project Delivery
- Manage testing schedules to meet agreed timelines
- Ensure efficient progress tracking, communicate project status with stakeholders
- 5. Project & Task Management
- Handle multiple testing and certification projects simultaneously
- Prioritize tasks, troubleshoot delays, and coordinate cross-functional support when needed
Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Battery Engineering or related field
- 2. 3~5 years of experience in battery testing or related fields
- 3. Intermediate English proficiency (reading/writing)
- 4. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Familiarity with battery testing software preferred
- 5. Possession of a nationally recognized testing qualification is a plus
- 6. Experience in using a wide range of battery testing equipment is preferred
