You have extensive experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in luxury jewelry/watch retail.
You have strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

You have willingness to travel for boutique visits, setups, and events.
You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English. (verbal & written).
What are we expecting from you?
- Team Management & VM Operations Oversight: You will oversee task planning and progress tracking across VM and Event/Store related project and guide and supervise Event VM specialist, ensuring execution across BTQs and events. You will control and manage VM budget and display tool orders and stock, including delivery and stock accuracy across system, warehouse, and BTQs. You will support documentation and training related to packaging display and handling.
- Institutional VM Execution: You will support the planning and execution of institutional VM campaigns in line with Maison guidelines and ensure consistent deployment of VM tools and product zoning. You will monitor the quality and relevance of BTQ displays via internal tools and partner with retail and marketing teams to align on monthly editing displays and animation calendars. You will provide ongoing feedback to HQ on local adaptation needs, ensuring synergy and relevancy and coordinate and manage local VM production when applicable.
- VM BTQ Ambassador Community Management: You will develop and manage the VMA (Visual Merchandising Ambassador) community: group chats, newsletters, VM quiz. You will define and follow up on VMA roles & responsibilities and performance management. You will coordinate regular VM trainings for VMAs and BTQ staff (on-site and one-day format) and develop and localize training tools and calendar in collaboration with HQ/regional team.
- BTQ Projects & Zoning: You will create and review zoning plans for existing BTQs and lead VM execution for new BTQ openings. You will conduct monthly BTQ visits for display quality check, touch-up, and reporting. You will support sales events and touch points and plan and execute seasonal display touch-up and flower arrangements.
