CEVA Logistics Korea is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Handling Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team based in the Osan Warehouse. This pivotal role within the Logistics Operations division contributes to the seamless coordination and oversight of warehouse activities, ensuring that we consistently meet our operational targets while delivering excellence in customer service. About the Role
As a Warehouse Handling Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient warehouse processes. You will be responsible for administrative tasks that support the warehouse operations, including managing inventory levels, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and assisting in the planning and execution of operational strategies. Your contribution will be key in fostering a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
Assist in coordinating the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse operations and inventory transactions.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve any operational issues promptly.
Support the implementation of operational improvements and safety protocols.
Prepare and compile reports related to warehouse performance and operations.
Assist in training new employees and promoting a culture of safety and teamwork. About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork are essential, as you will be working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
