Main Tasks:
- Carry out Electronic material plant CAPEX project as process engineer role
- Supervise the installation and operation of new facilities to produce new products.
- Participate to FAT and SAT for project items and correct the wrong implementation
- Technology Management
- Maintain and optimize process system and implement OpEx
- Review and revise P&ID, operation manual, work procedure and standard(SOPs)
- Prepare technical report to improve process, safety and quality
- Implement MOC to improve process, safety and quality
- Production process management
- Make RM & finish good inventory plan & manage through S&OP meeting
- SHEQ management
- Following company and legal EHS requirements, implement the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures with EHS team
- To prevent safety incident and environmental release, keep eyes on workplace by frequent patrol and field coaching
- Production management
- Report relevant production records / statistics to supervisor and relevant department in order to plan, set and update production schedules when necessary, regulate workflow to ensure maximum use of capacity and efficiency
- Control the unit ratio and utility consumption and analyze production cost
- Lead and train plant operators
- Lead and train plant operators to ensure safe and stable plant operation
- Maintain production facility with maintenance team: Corrective and Preventive maintenance plan, TAR
- Manage production relevant consumable materials inventory
Education/Qualification:
- BS or higher in chemical engineering or related field is preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skill and fluent in English include comprehensive listening, speech, reading and writing.
- Ability to effectively communicate detailed and precise technical requirement, procedures, and results in written and oral format.
- Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude.
