Your Role:

• Coordinate the overall sample lifecycle, ensuring proper handling from sampling to disposal
• Perform the receipt of samples into the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) database, ensuring that all sample management records are accurately documented, and samples are stored according to specifications
• Participate in preparing sample shipments according to the shipment schedule, including the necessary documentation, and ensure that the correct samples are included
• Prepare samples for analysis by laboratory personnel
• Rack and order common inventory items for the labs, ensuring that laboratory supplies are adequately stocked
• Troubleshoot any unexpected issues related to sample management, LIMS entries, or laboratory processes, and implement effective solutions
• Support LIMS operations to ensure timely resolution of user issues, enhance system functionality, maintain master data, and develop LES worksheets
• Support and participate in LIMS related projects for upgrades and enhancements
• Support stability studies by managing stability programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking stability samples, and compiling data
• Coordinate the QC training by developing training schedules, tracking outcomes, onboarding new hires, evaluating training effectiveness, and training new trainers

Who you are:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, biology, microbiology, or a related discipline
• + 5 years in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device in QC
• Experience with sample management and working knowledge of GxP LIMS application
• Experience in managing stability and training programs
• Good communication and collaboration skills with team members
• Fluent in English
