General Description:
Associate Product Manager will operate the execution of high-quality marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness, engage health care professionals, deliver commercial return, and drive business growth.
This position will be in Seoul, Korea and the ideal candidate will have a solution-orientated mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-environment. They will be highly organized, detail-orientated, and proactively search for opportunities to add value. The Associate Product Manager will understand the marketing objectives and brand strategies, the market environment, coordinate people and processes to ensure timely and professional delivery of projects, supporting customer engagement and interactions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for understanding of the therapeutic areas and local market environment (including the competitive landscape) through research and data collection.
- Develop and execute high-impact brand and tactical plans to enhance customer engagement and grow market share position.
- Oversee the process of generating promotional materials for utilization by the customer-facing team, liaising with vendors including advertising agencies in development and printing of collateral under guidance from senior team members
- Manage logistics and administrative tasks for tailored engagements and deliver field-based activities and events
- Manage and update processes and systems related to review and approval of promotional material to ensure timely release through a multi-channel approach to healthcare professionals
- Closely work with marketing and commercial in-field teams in the planning of meetings, projects and events for Health Care Professionals that add value and drive growth
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure impactful and professional presentation of the BeOne product portfolios at congresses, conventions and events
- Implementing and tracking digital campaigns and develop omni-channel solutions
- Handle assigned tasks to implement the brand and commercial strategy and plan
- Manage promotional materials inventory including stock management and dispatch tracking and supporting compliance -related activities such as audit readiness and compliance follow up
- Contract management and tracking financial data for the commercial team
- Adhere to BeOne code of conduct, company policies and Korea Code of Conduct
Qualification Required:
Education / Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Biology/Pharmacy.
- Minimum 2~3 years Marketing experience and a total of at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications:
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree. Major in Marketing, Commerce or, Biology/Pharmacy preferred
- Minimum 2~3 years Marketing experience and a total of at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong collaboration skill and mindset with cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in supporting marketing project execution; exposure to pharmaceutical marketing preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and willingness to develop skill further
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership in leading small projects and tasks, and assist in managing major marketing projects.
- Must be results-oriented and proactive, adaptable with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates initiative in seeking development opportunities and supporting continuous improvement
Computer Skills: Highly skilled in Word, Excel PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign
