Seoul Counseling Center is one of the leading Centers in South Korea that provides English-speaking mental health counseling services to our community by bilingual US-licensed Counselors.
Our Center Administrative Coordinators(CACs) play an integral part in our team by providing support for our clients and counselors. The ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently in a teamwork setting is crucial to being a successful CAC. Previous experiences in customer service, clerical work, and/or healthcare-related experience would be helpful for this role.
서울 상담 센터는 이중언어를 쓰는 미국 자격의 심리 상담 상담사들이 영어로 말하는 정신 건강 상담 서비스를 제공하는 한국의 대표적인 상담 센터 중 하나입니다.
상담 코디네이터(CACs)는 고객과 상담사를 서포트하는 필수적인 역할을 수행하며, 성공적인 CAC가 되기위해서는 능숙한 의사소통 능력과 업무 효율성이 요구됩니다. 또한 고객 서비스, 사무 업무 및 의료 관련 경험이 CAC의 역할에 도움이 될 수 있습니다.
- Working Location: Paengseong-eup, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do (Near the Camp Humphreys)
근무처: 경기도 평택시 팽성읍 (캠프 험프리 인근)
- Working Hours: 5 days / 40 hours per week with a shift system
(The working shift will be agreed upon later)

Description of Work 직무 안내:
- Coordinating communication between clients and therapists / 고객과 상담사 간의 커뮤니케이션 코디네이팅 업무
- Inter-department collaboration with Billing, Intake, and Therapist Success Teams / Billing, Intake, Therapist Success Teams 등의 다른 팀과의 협업
- Contributing to center operations (i.e. project development, updating existing resources and protocols, etc.) / 센터 운영에 기여 (프로젝트 개발, 사내 문서 및 프로토콜 업데이트 등)
- Managing session schedules (i.e. scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, etc.) / 상담 일정 관리 (예약, 다시 예약, 취소 등)
- Keeping track of clients’ insurance policy / 고객들의의 보험 규약 확인
- Communicating with international insurance companies in regards to the clients’ policy coverage / 고객의 보험 처리 가능 여부와 관련하여 국제 보험 회사와의 커뮤니케이션
- Managing payment records and outstanding bills / 결제 기록 관리 및 미지급 청구서 관리
- Assisting in-person clients and answering general inquiries / 오프라인 고객 지원 및 일반적인 문의 답변
- Responding to incoming inquiries via phone calls and emails / 전화 및 이메일 문의 응답
- Following the confidentiality agreement / 비밀유지계약서 준수
- Managing the center floor (i.e. waiting room, lobby, therapy rooms, etc.) / 고객 대기실, 로비, 상담실 등의 상담 센터 관리
- Opening and closing the center floor / 상담 센터 오픈 및 마감

Required Qualifications 자격요건:
- Fluent in English / 영어 능통자
- Advanced-level or fluent in Korean / 한국어 능통자
Preferred Qualifications 우대사항:
- Technological competency in Excel, Google (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.) / Notion Excel, Google Documents, Notion 등 사용 가능자
- Experience working in customer service & clerical industry / 고객 상담 및 사무 업무 경험이 있는 사람
- Experience working in healthcare-related fields / 의료 분야 경험이 있는 사람
