The International Project Support Coordinator (IPSC) acts as a liaison between the Director of PAC-RIM, field personnel and home office support staff to ensure projects are on schedule and executed properly. Under the supervision of the Director and the support of the Operations Manager, the IPSC performs a wide variety of administrative and coordination duties related to the various PAC-RIM installations and regional service contracts. The IPSC participates in project scheduling through communication with the customer POC’s and supports the Lead Installers to completion of all requirements of their installation effort. The IPSC will be required to track projects, costs, schedule and performance as needed throughout the entirety of the projects, as well as ensuring complete contract documentation deliverables. The IPSC also maintains and controls the equipment in the Advantor installations staging warehouse and training center in Pyeongtaek.

Qualifications:
Education / Certifications:
- 3 – 5 years in project coordination or related college experience or equivalent experience in systems management
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Project Management
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, reporting, organization and documentation skills.
- Computer experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Windows
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) Card
- Must be able to clear background checks for access to secure work sites.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have a valid US Drivers License
Experience / Skills:
- Assists and/or performs coordination of site visits, inspections and meetings with subcontractors and customer points-of-contact (POC’s)
- Attends project pre-start meetings and facilitates installations planning and preparation
- Serves as a point of contact for Field Operations
- Knowledge of principles and processes involved in supporting contract responsibilities in a DOD/DOS or Military type environment.
- Cross cultural sensitivity with an international perspective
- Responsible for assisting with driving Red Flags to closure
- Assists with managing contractual deadlines and other requirements
- Ensures project files are accurate and up to date daily
- Responsible for obtaining project status updates and compiling accurate status reports for Director of Field Operations and International Project Manager.
- Ensures that close-out documents and other required documents are obtained and routed to the appropriate departments.
- Communicates with other departments regularly to ensure necessary information is provided to assigned managers
- Coordinates parts, supplies and any necessary Purchase Orders for on-site external supplies.
- Interfaces with Field Personnel and Fulfillment for returns, equipment and product needs
- Adhere to company safety standards and promote safety culture among employees and subcontractors
- Manages all aspects of the assigned fleet including assigning, inventory, outfitting with supplies, etc.
- Responsible for managing personnel 700-19 applications as needed
- Hotel and travel authorizations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
