THE POSITION
Provides essential support to CA BU (Companion Animal Business Unit) within an organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to strategic goals
*Contract ends 1st week of Jan 2027
Tasks & responsibilities
- Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication flow within the unit and with other departments.
- Document Management: Maintaining and organizing important documents, files, and records related to the business unit.
- Report Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for unit meetings and management.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes within the unit.
- Financial Support: Assisting with expense reports, budget tracking, and other financial tasks as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing and coordinating meetings, including booking venues, arranging refreshments, and preparing materials.
- Data Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in relevant systems and databases.
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and business-level proficiency in English
- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience required
- Bachelor's degree or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in documentation and data management using Excel
- Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability
