As a Sales Admin at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales management.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Create and manage contracts through the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product returns etc.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain Management team.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns and events.

REQUIRED Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with the Fair Competition Code in the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with a preference for English communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
