Make your mark in Digital & Direct Marketing
AIG’s Customer Management Manager develops and manages sales & marketing opportunities with sales centers, as well as, developing leads generation opportunities across the market. Working with the Digital & Direct Marketing (DDM) function, Business Developer would work across digital Marketing, tele-marketing, products, and underwriters to bring forward innovative accident & health insurance solutions that can provide individual consumers with protection from personal risks.
How you will create an impact
- Business expansion for existing customers by business territory, channel, DB expansion
- DB management (targeting, timely supplement, quality control, efficient management, the status of existing DB usage) and DB expansion
- Business plan (Business program, Product strategy, Call center, IT development, CS plan etc)
- Manage marketing cost by calculating monthly commission(TSR/TL commission, ASP) and analysis sales report / P&L / performance report for internal/external
- Set up call center and sales process to operate newly developed business model
- Preparation of business proposal materials to develop new business model & partner development (Business model, commission, C/S etc.)
- Continuous contact and communication with for cross-functional teams where hierarchy isn't emphasized
- launching new business & monitoring until business stabilization
What you’ll need to succeed
Key Capabilities:
- Analyze and extract POM customers based on CRM analysis
- Develop marketing program and new customer DB to generate additional revenue
- Monitor product life cycle and research market trend of products to recommend product ideas for campaign development, in coordination with products team
- Required for system analysis skill and experienced on CRM system management
- SQL language skill is preferred
- Ability to work across key relevant functions, including tele-marketing call centers, products, and underwriting, to develop business programs and marketing ideas
- Build and manage relationships with sponsor partners to new business program opportunities and existing business expansion
- Focus on productivity and other key KPIs as part of marketing campaign management
Key Experience:
- University graduate with at least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing field (insurance and partnerships marketing experience preferred)
- Experience to work/handle corporate business partners
- Project management skills
- Strong negotiation skills and able to close deal with partners & related departments
- Exposure in new business development, channel expansion, creative marketing campaign launch, market research and segmentation & new product development
