- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide product/service information to customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Meet performance targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service.

Job Requirements
- Ophthalmic optics majors preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
