Job Title: Director’s Office Intern

What you’ll be doing:
- General Operations: Communicating with tenants, property management, vendor coordination, etc.
- Sales and Marketing: Developing and executing B2B and B2C strategies, marketing planning and implementation
- Business Development: Conducting valuation of new properties and assisting in other business development initiatives
- Collaboration with HQ (Singapore): Participating in weekly video conference calls, etc.
- Documentation Support: Assisting with organizing project materials and preparing reports using Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
What makes you a great fit:
- Enrolled in or graduated from a four-year university (domestically or abroad) and available to work for at least 3 months
- Able to carry out basic tasks and communication in English
- Proficient in English research and documentation (excellent verbal, written, and spoken English)
- Skilled in tools such as Google Docs, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, and other documentation/visualization tools
- Clear and logical communicator
- Strong research capabilities and ability to generate insights
- Self-driven and proactive in handling dynamic tasks
- Interested in real estate and architecture
