How you create impact
- Consulting customers and KN Account Teams on digital solutions: This includes consulting during various stages of the sales cycle, such as prior and during RFI & RFQ, as well as QBR and other customer touch points.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct trainings from the Digital solutions Training Program to Sales Colleagues from all Sales Channels (+ potentially other customer facing staff) and ensure that the Digital Solutions Intranet is an effective resource for them too.
- Project Management and support: Run Consulting Projects in line with Digital Solutions methodologies, and provide Digital Solutions support to projects of the Supply Chain Design Team
- Handover to Implementation: Execute handover from Consult to Implement in line with processes agreed between Sales and Business Units Sea Air and Road.
- Upselling: Identify customers for upselling technology to improve customer loyalty and drive internal efficiencies. Position solutions as unique value propositions to help close the deal and support a more profitable sale.
- Feedback and Solution Development: This involves continuously obtaining customer feedback on digital solutions, collaborating with DSM, IT and the Business Units Sea Air and Road on solution development, and creating awareness of latest technological advancements applied by competitors and supply chain intelligence providers.
- Process Efficiency and Improvement: Identifying and implementing efficiencies within Digital Solutions, and ensuring ease of doing business for internal stakeholders
- Policy Implementation and Strategy Execution: The role is also responsible for executing Global Digital Solutions policies and strategies for the area in which they operate
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 3 years Solution Consulting experience preferably in supply chain
- Proven track record in delivering results in complex environments
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong experience with innovative technology and automation
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Experience with data analytics and process optimization is a plus
