Support all project-related activities for assigned projects in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.
Essential Functions
- Support smooth Primary Intelligence (PI) projects by handling contract management, processing internal/external financial documents, and managing training process including SOPs, pharmacovigilance (PV), and client-oriented trainings.
- Provide support for syndicated offerings during peak periods.
- Primarily lead on inbound fieldwork (FW) projects, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
- Manage the set up and maintenance of all project documentation files and records according to the scope of work and SOPs.
- Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans with project specific information.
- Coordinate with other project support staff within and across the organization to identify and consolidate support processes.
- Act as the primary backup contact for internal project teams and external stakeholders as designated by the project manager.
- Perform project management tasks as directed by the project manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience; experience in research agencies or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Experience in administrative or project support roles is preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, actively seek input and solve problems.
- Ability to time management skills.
