Primary Function of Position:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join the Intuitive Korea Marketing team as the primary coordinator and administrator for marketing operations and communication activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the field of robotic-assisted surgery and looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing event execution and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
This position holds responsibility and authority for the following key areas:
1. Commercial Event Planning and Execution
- Coordinate and manage logistics and documentation for tradeshows, symposiums, and product presentations.
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes (e.g., Ariba) and external regulations (e.g., KMDIA).
- Collaborate with and manage external vendors and agencies.
2. Marketing Tools and Collateral Management
- Support the development and execution of marketing communication materials for product and clinical marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate the review and release process of marketing collaterals via the Agile system.
- Maintain and monitor stock levels for printed materials and promotional items.
3. Demo System Coordination
- Plan and manage logistics for the da Vinci Surgical System, instruments & accessories (I&A), and ancillary items used in marketing and commercial events.
- Track demo system inventory and optimize utilization for effectiveness.
4. Marketing Administration and Operational Support
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget and project trackers.
- Assist in KPI reporting and operational process documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in a marketing operations or event management role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of content/document management systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and departments.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
