The Finance Manager, North Asia Cluster will drive regional financial performance, focusing on profitability, cash flow, and strategic planning. They will lead budgeting, internal controls, and compliance, while partnering with regional and global teams. Key responsibilities include enhancing processes, fostering cross-functional collaborations, and supporting business growth through accurate reporting and strategic insights.
[Responsibilities]
- Drive business financial performance. Play a key role in tracking and shaping business performance towards financial commitments including P&L, Balance sheet, and Free cash flow managements.
- Lead and manage North Asia financial along with focus on GP improvement and profitability improvement, reporting to FD.
- Lead financial planning to coordinate the activities of the North Asia commercial partners and be accountable for strategic, timely and balanced communication with the stakeholders including regional & global counterparts.
- Lead and manage the North Asia planning process (Quarterly updates, Annual budgeting, Strategic planning) partnering and ERP transition.
- Closely communicate with Asia Pacific region for business performance reporting, planning and ad-hoc topics.
- Proactively maintain and improve internal control environments to meet JNJ-internal & statutory compliance governance across North Asia
- Challenge the current process and look for process improvement opportunities to drive simplification & value creation.
- Build interdependent partnership with all functional business partners across North Asia
- Lead partnering with other finance tiers including FP&A, Deliver/Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Global Services, Compliance groups, and Corporate COE (Tax, Treasury, Corporate audit)
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Minimum 10 years total finance professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in FP&A.
- Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and deliver success in managing complex projects & processes in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with ability to confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization
- Strong collaboration, people management, resilience, influencing & changing management skills.
- Finance/Accounting Professional certificates or master’s degrees in the relevant areas.
