This position is to facilitate and optimise the organization of the team’s activities, internal and external relations and the circulation of information.
This position holder needs to carry out secretarial and personal assistant tasks in a helpful manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal support of Country Director(Expense Claim, Travel arrangement and/or other direct order)
Support KAM/SAM in Korea according to their business needs
Word processing and formatting, competent in the use of office software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Screens phone calls and passes on telephone messages to the appropriate people
Organises the logistics of business meetings, (booking meeting rooms, equipment, sending out notifications) and business trips (booking travel arrangements, doing expenses claims) based on instructions received
Drafts simple correspondence and if necessary the minutes of meetings after having received precise instructions
Completes, updates and improves the presentation of various documents
Indexes, puts into hierarchical order, distributes and files documents according to their content (including emails)
Carries out research and groups together information, sometimes performs a ‘monitoring’ activity
Autonomous in organising the logistics of business meetings (helps draw up the agenda and presentations)
Sorts mail, identifies required follow-up and prepares replies, which may be in a foreign language
Preparation and logistical organization of internal and external meetings
Attends business meetings, takes, types-up and distributes the minutes, sometimes in a foreign language
Pre-analyses information received on a permanent basis and identifies elements that will be required by the management
Directly deals with certain matters, carries out research, monitors the progress made, issues reminders to people as and when necessary, draws up progress reports (for example, organizes and welcomes delegations, clients, trainees; creates a documented file; organizes, structures and makes necessary documents available to the concerned entity; participates in the creation of the intranet site; organizes events…)

Requirements/Qualifications
Over 5 years of assistant in foreign company and CEO(or Executive level)
Strong work ethic, time management
Making good relationship and chemistry with employees as well as easy to mingle
Availability to travel as needed
Write and speak English fluently
Write and speak Korean in native level
Write and speak French is favourable
