Position
1. Sales report & Business Analysis
- Populate and share Daily and Weekly sales reports conducting accurate analysis and generate month-end sales reports with analysis from various perspectives in a timely manner
- Analyze market trend and sales data with retail KPIs to drive sales performance
- Update internal and external promotion calendar & events
- Regularly update floor plans for each department store
2. Execute and follow up Regional Retail Performance projects in Korea
- Help to ensure every Regional Retail Performance project related to sales and client experience are rolled out and settle down in the market successfully
- Create system accounts for boutique management and handle system issues with Boutiques and Regional team in charge
- Translate Materials for system training and provide training support
- Order materials and develop new supplies by reflecting boutique feedback
- Track and manage monthly cost
3. Manage and Handle Boutique inquiries
- Communicate smoothly with boutiques to handle daily and ad-hoc inquiries and requests
- Manage exterior vendor communication to respond to daily/ special inquiries of boutiques
4. Support preparation of Boutique opening, Renovation, Events
- Actively participate in event preparation and proactively support the events
- Arrange accommodation for dispatched staffs
- Prepare for opening celebration
Job responsibilities
- Graduate or Prospective graduate with BA degree
- 1-3 years of experiences in related areas preferred
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Analytical skills
- Excellent in Microsoft
- Excel test required (Functions such as Pivot, Sumif(s), Vlookup, Countif etc.)
- Powerpoint / Word
- Fluent in English & Korean
