Sales Manager - Your Future Position?

As a Sales Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division in South Korea, you will be based in Seoul and report to Head of Taste & Wellbeing Division Korea. You will be an experienced sales/business manager/leader trained in assigned sub-regional account management and team development. Has P&L responsibility, business/function leadership and people development responsibilities for a small area.

In this exciting role you will:
  • Manage Sales Team with full account and business management responsibility to protect and grow assets for designated account(s) within the country, segment or category.
  • Develop ADPs to drive sales growth and profitability for key accounts with greatest potential
  • Develop partnerships with key accounts, including relationships with senior level management
  • Manage all pricing negotiations and activities within the country, segment, category, or specific geographic area
  • Monitor market and sales (including KPIs and budget) within the region, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Initiate, manage and monitor key projects with FC&A, Marketing and Business Units

Your professional profile includes:
  • Above 6 years successful sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food, beverage or related industry
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth consistently above industry levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple cultures, functions and levels within the organization to coordinate activities with an assigned global customer
  • Effective communicator, leader and team builder through informal organization reporting structure
  • Strong strategic Account Development Planning skills
  • Thorough knowledge of customer*s global and regional strategies
  • Effective global negotiator
  • In-depth knowledge of customer(s), strategies, initiatives, commercial needs and product launch processes
  • Extensive knowledge of competitor activity
