The Sales Operations & Administration is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support, as well as supporting the Korea Life Science commercial team with sales analysis, forecasting, sales and marketing administration, general office administration and operations.
This position reports to the General Manager and is part of the BEC LS KOREA located in Seoul and will be an on-site role .
This role is an 18 months contract to cover for maternity/parental leave with an attractive remuneration package and bonus.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with local Korea team to extract and analyze data from SFDC to provide insight into sales performance based on funnel management.
Provide visibility to our overall business intelligence to the Business Development (Sales) team by extracting, analyzing, and summarizing data on the backlog, stock allocations, and Estimated Shipping Dates (ESDs).
Coordinate sales-related activities, including making price lists, processing orders, and keeping sales records, handling enquiries and follow-up on orders.
Continuously update documents related to business trends monthly & ad-hoc task
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Regional General Manager and the Korea General Manager.
The essential requirements of the job include:
0 ~ 2 years’ experience in the same capacity in a multinational company
Bachelor’s degree or above of in Biology, Medical Science or Life Science related majors
Good reading and written communication skills in Korean & English
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Detail-oriented, able to work independently & excellent communication skills to effectively handle customer calls and internal/external interactions
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Knowledge in SFDC
Advance skill in MS Excel
