    '- You lead by example on the shop floor every day—coaching, supporting, and challenging co-workers to keep the customer at the center of everything you do in the store.
    • You ensure that every customer has an outstanding shopping experience that exceeds expectations by maintaining high standards in your area: fully stocked, priced, clean, well-assembled, and available.
    • You co-own department goals with your shopkeeper by setting clear action plans, communicating them effectively, following up with proven solutions, and defining your own contribution to the overall plan.
    • You are passionate about IKEA products and build strong product knowledge within your team, helping both customers and co-workers understand key features and benefits.
    • You proactively identify and act on commercial opportunities—adapting quickly to product availability issues and customer feedback while staying informed about customer needs, local market trends, and competitors.
