Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
  • This position involves managing the Surfscan series equipment and providing support to Samsung Electronics, our client.
  • Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities.
  • Work closely with many organizations including engineering, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.
  • Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
  • Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.
  • Provide application support and training to customers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • MS degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Electronics or related to semiconductor.
  • MS (NCG only)
  • Understanding of fab processes is highly preferred.
  • Good communication skill in English.
