This job aims to achieve goals, increase customers, and expand market potential, responsible for selling the company's products and services to customers, finding new customers, and maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and establish/execute strategies.
- Manage key Customer in especially Pharm & Bio markets and actively promote laboratory equipment & consumables in an ongoing relationship.
- Develop and enhance customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the designated territory through the effective use of Salesforce.com in managing the opportunity pipeline.
- Accurate demand planning & forecasting through comprehensive use of Salesforce.com.
- Drive promotional initiatives and sales strategies in alignment with Marketing Strategy into account.
- Provide customer presentations articulating the value proposition of the proposed product/solution.
- Foster cross-divisional collaboration and integrated selling approaches to expand Laboratory Products & Liquid Handling products sales
- Manage key areas of financial results, including revenue, volume, margins, outstanding days, and forecasts.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendation to management.
- Provide reports to the sales manager on the results of the development of the key products and accounts.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through company literature and other independent sources of technical information.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree with a scientific focus such as Biology, Biochemistry, Biological science or related field. Other degrees will be considered with appropriate work history.
Experience
- At least 3 years proven experience in sales and account relationship management
- Must have an outstanding understanding of Pharm-Bio markets and be knowledgeable of diverse laboratory product application
