Job responsibilities
Accounting
- Manage daily accounting operations, including AP via the P2P system and general ledger (GL) management.
- Verify vendor payments and T&E reimbursements to staff.
- Prepare and report balance sheet and cash flow statements to HQ.
- Responsible for month-end and year-end closing processes (inventory, fixed assets, leases, and other GL entries, intercompany confirmation).
- Monitor compliance with internal guidelines for the P2P (Purchase-to-Payment) process.
Tax& Audit
- Lead the filing of quarterly VAT returns.
- Assist with annual tax adjustments, CBCR, and BEPS reporting.
- Assist with tax audits from the National Tax Service.
- Support external financial audits.
Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the luxury retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native Korean, Business-level proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Preferably with an understanding of K-IFRS regulations and experience in corporate income tax and value-added tax.
