The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our Korea office operations and provide executive support to the General Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about supporting teams and improving processes.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Office & Employee Support
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
- Organize employee engagement activities (townhalls, celebrations, etc.)
- Act as liaison with Corporate IT and manage IT assets
- Provide travel and meeting support to the General Manager
Sales & Marketing Admin Support
- Assist with documentation for compliance reporting (HIRA)
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and organize materials
- Maintain structured filing systems and support basic sales documentation
Talent Acquisition & People & Culture Support
- Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and coordinate with APAC TA team
- Respond to internal queries and support recruitment processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Preferred
- Experience in sales, office, or marketing administration (not mandatory)
