Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently lead a client portfolio consisting of moderately complex to strategic-level projects.

• Coordinate all technical and service aspects of client projects, driving efficiency improvements and applying creative solutions to ensure successful results.

• Design and handle the preliminary design of studies, leading them end-to-end.

• Build strong cross-functional collaboration within internal departments and engage directly with external customers through one-on-one communication.

• Involve appropriate internal and external customers, maintaining continuous communication to ensure high-quality work.

• Participate in Project Meetings at a Fisher Clinical or customer site and lead kick-off meetings as required.

• Lead and facilitate customer teleconferences, visits, and audits, providing timely customer reports and updates.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to close Problem Reports.

• Accurately translate customer needs into quotations and manage quotes and budgets as required.

• Provide accurate and timely financial forecasting and reporting.

• Be responsible for revenue recognition and verifying final production information for Accounting prior to invoice release.

• Participate in cross-functional business process improvement activities.

• Collaborate with the account manager to ensure overall customer happiness.

• Apply GXP in all areas of responsibility.

• May train, mentor, or lead team colleagues.

• Independently handle several medium size and/or complex active projects, aligning with client strategy.

• Identify needs, establish goals, define resources, and track performance, prioritizing improvement opportunities.

• Diagnose project challenges, develop solutions, and mentor team members on project resolution.

• Define, track, and handle budgets and revisions for scope changes and commitments.

• Understand customer contract terms and be skilled in negotiation.

Client Relationship Management

• Perform and interpret comprehensive need analyses, understanding the customer's target market and value proposition.

• Be knowledgeable of Thermo Fisher's solutions portfolio and communicate the company's value proposition effectively.

Project Management Leadership

• Seek mentorship and guidance for personal development and project management strengthening.

• Ensure clear, focused communication based on confirmed understanding of needs.

• Quickly resolve or collaborate on solutions to problems, aligning timelines among cross-functional teams.

• Take ownership for project results, gain respect from team members, and ensure agreement on the vision!

Technical Knowledge

• Demonstrate strong project leadership across various platforms, ensuring accountability for contributions and outcomes.

• Advance work process efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in project management or client service roles; pharma environment experience preferred.

• Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, supporting business operations.

• Good knowledge of Quality in GxP environments, Audits, and Project management.

• Proficient in English and Korean.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and data management.
