Key Responsibilities:
Independently lead a client portfolio consisting of moderately complex to strategic-level projects.
Coordinate all technical and service aspects of client projects, driving efficiency improvements and applying creative solutions to ensure successful results.
Design and handle the preliminary design of studies, leading them end-to-end.
Build strong cross-functional collaboration within internal departments and engage directly with external customers through one-on-one communication.
Involve appropriate internal and external customers, maintaining continuous communication to ensure high-quality work.
Participate in Project Meetings at a Fisher Clinical or customer site and lead kick-off meetings as required.
Lead and facilitate customer teleconferences, visits, and audits, providing timely customer reports and updates.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to close Problem Reports.
Accurately translate customer needs into quotations and manage quotes and budgets as required.
Provide accurate and timely financial forecasting and reporting.
Be responsible for revenue recognition and verifying final production information for Accounting prior to invoice release.
Participate in cross-functional business process improvement activities.
Collaborate with the account manager to ensure overall customer happiness.
Apply GXP in all areas of responsibility.
May train, mentor, or lead team colleagues.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Over 7 years of experience in project management or client service roles; pharma environment experience preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, supporting business operations.
Good knowledge of Quality in GxP environments, Audits, and Project management.
Proficient in English and Korean.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and data management.
