[ Job Description ]
- Collect and prioritize local CRM requests for escalation to HQ in Europe.
- Facilitate the alignment of Sales and Service workflows with the new CRM system (Salesforce).
- Coordinate with HQ in Europe on the delivery and enhancement of CRM features.
- Serve as the local promoter, expert, advisor, and trainer for CRM processes and operations.
- Develop, plan, and deliver CRM process training programs for the Korean team.
- Continuously monitor CRM adoption and drive improvement initiatives.
[ Job Requirements ]
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on CRM experience is required, with additional background in Process Excellence, Sales/Service, or Marketing considered an asset.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
