Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-modal models, and leveraging frameworks.
- Experience presenting technical solutions and their business value to both technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience architecting and building machine learning(ML)/data analytics(DA) solutions, including data pipelines, ML pipelines, model training and serving infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a
customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment frameworks for deep learning (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jax, Ray, etc.), AI accelerators (e.g. TPUs, GPUs), and using machine learning APIs.
- Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g. deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).
- Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data and AI trends and issues within businesses.
- Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for distributed systems.
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT Technology space.

Responsibilities
- Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- Provide Google Cloud expertise to support the technical relationship with Google’s customers, including technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Google Cloud.
- Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud integrations, and recommend integration strategies, architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
- Establish their technology and business decisions as a trusted advisor.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other events as needed.
