BAT Korea has an exciting opportunity for a IDT Digital Solutions Analyst.

We are looking for a highly driven Digital Solutions Analyst to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives across multiple consumer touchpoints. This role is central to managing the delivery of complex digital projects across different with a strong emphasis on delivering localized, user-centric experiences, in a cross-functional environment.

You will act as the key liaison between internal local collaborators, global teams and external partners to ensure digital solutions meet both strategic goals and consumer expectations. A deep understanding of user behavior, regional nuances (especially within the Japanese and/or Korean markets), and the ability to drive seamless Omni-channel experiences is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects across a diverse technology stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Own the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, scoping, achievement planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial, analytics,.) and external partners to deliver scalable and high-quality digital solutions.
  • Champion the integration of systems (CMS, e-commerce, CRM, analytics, messaging platforms) to support seamless customer journeys and personalization efforts.
  • Using LINE and Kakao capabilities for CRM, segmentation, and targeted communications.
  • Continuously monitor digital trends, customer expectations, and technology innovations, with a strong focus on consumer behavior in East Asian markets.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standard processes related to data privacy, accessibility, and content localization.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and provide ongoing reporting on important metrics, delivery status, blockers, and opportunities for optimization.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Digital Business or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Solutions, Digital Project Management, or similar roles, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or digital consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering digital products and solutions using platforms such as Magento 2, Shopify, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Saleforce.
  • Solid understanding of customer engagement tools, particularly LINE and KakaoTalk, including CRM workflows, segmentation, and push messaging.
  • Solid grasp of the e-commerce landscape and user behavior within Japanese, Korean, or APAC markets, including mobile-first practices.
  • Experience in systems integration, especially in e-commerce and customer data platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Target, GA4, and/or other digital performance measurement tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a strong advantage
  • Business-level English is required.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
