Your Role
In your daily job you will:
- Manage OEM customer quality issues related to WPC and MCM
- Maintain and improve Ford Q1 certification
- Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities for new projects
- Perform core quality engineering tasks such as root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer communication
- Ensure overall product and process quality
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of OEM quality standards and customer communication practices
- Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, 8D, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., Fishbone, 5Why)
- Familiarity with Ford Q1 certification requirements is a strong plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
