Job Description:
Customer Service Clerk is responsible to handle customer pick up calls, Tracking, Tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.
Customer Service Clerk is also responsible to follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution
