From enabling seamless SAP/POS operations to leading Groupware transformation, this is not just a support role—it’s a strategic enabler of performance and modernization.
�� What You’ll Shape and Influence
☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure Modernization
- Lead the completion of Azure migration, ensuring stable transition from on-premise workloads.
- Standardize and upgrade network equipment aligned with global ICT benchmarks.
- Ensure reliable SAP and POS interface operations, with backup and failover readiness.
�� Zero Trust Security Framework
- Implement Zscaler-based Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
- Drive integration of M365 E5/F3/F5 Security and EOA tools across office and retail environments.
- Support APAC-wide security governance by embedding global tools and policies.
�� Digital Workplace Transformation
- Own the Groupware replacement project: manage data migration, user onboarding, and scalability.
- Integrate video conferencing systems and train users for hybrid work readiness.
- Establish a standardized ICT onboarding/offboarding process, improving cross-departmental efficiency and user satisfaction.
�� Vendor & Project Management
- Manage SLA-based collaboration with external vendors (e.g., Lenovo DaaS).
- Align with SAPAC/HQ ICT teams for global project execution and reporting.
- Ensure operational continuity across multiple departments through system rollout support and user enablement.

�� What You Bring to This Journey
We seek someone who brings both technical credibility and stakeholder fluency:
- 5+ years of ICT/infrastructure experience, including project ownership and cloud/security implementation.
- Strong understanding of Azure, M365, Zscaler, POS/SAP interfaces, and network architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor SLA management and digital workplace transformation.
- Effective collaboration with regional/global ICT functions and external vendors.
- Strong English communication skills, critical for project alignment and global coordination.
- Adept in stakeholder management, prioritization, and technical troubleshooting under ambiguity.

- Azure migration is completed and operational stability is achieved.
- ZTNA and M365 security tools are rolled out with minimal disruption.
- Groupware system is fully replaced, adopted, and integrated into daily work.
