Role Overview
Are you a strategic media planner with a passion for B2B marketing and deep knowledge of the Korean market? We're looking for a Korean B2B Media Planner to join our dynamic, fast-growing B2B tech marketing agency.
This is a part-time, contract role —perfect for a seasoned media strategist who thrives on creating impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results. You'll be collaborating with an agile, global team that values creativity, data, and bold thinking.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute high-performing media plans for B2B clients targeting Korean-speaking audiences.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, strategy, and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
- Conduct audience and competitor research specific to Korean industries and decision-makers.
- Analyze media performance and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
- Build strong relationships with Korean media vendors and platforms to negotiate smart media buys.
- Stay ahead of digital media trends and innovations in Korea’s B2B ecosystem.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in media planning, with a focus on B2B or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of Korean media landscape, platforms, and cultural nuances.
- Proven ability to build, run, and optimize paid campaigns across relevant B2B media channels.
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with media planning/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
- Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and attention to detail.
