Role Responsibility & Job Description:
- Lead investigations into potential software IP infringements by leveraging internal tools, external intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage the end-to-end compliance process—from lead validation to resolution—through independent action or coordination with CVE sales teams.
- Support enforcement efforts by conducting compliance reviews related to contractual terms, license misuse, illegal usage, and unauthorized distribution, while collaborating with legal authorities and industry organizations to address and remediate violations.
- Provide an accurate forecast on rolling quarters/Months and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
- Protect Dassault Systèmes’ assets and revenue while maintaining positive customer relationships through mutually agreed resolutions
- Build strong rapport with cross-functional teams, channel partners, and legal stakeholders to support and achieve revenue goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in IT, Software Engineering, or Law; degrees in Business or Public Administration will also be considered.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in software compliance, investigations, audits, consulting, sales, operations, or legal functions; 5–8 years of experience will be given preference.
- Background in audit firms, consulting, IT sales, corporate legal/compliance, or the software industry is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required; professional fluency in English is highly preferred.
- Additional language skills in French or Chinese are considered a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global business environment.
