Role Responsibility & Job Description:
- Identifying software IP infringements through innovative tools and investigative techniques
- Managing and investigating leads from internal and external sources
- Driving those leads independently or in collaboration with Customer Value Engagement (CVE) sales teams to reach successful settlements
- Investigating illegal distribution activities and collaborating with law enforcement or trade bodies to disrupt and close such activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: IT/Software Engineering or Law) (alternative fields: Business or Public Administration)
- Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in software compliance, investigation, audit, consulting, sales, operations, or legal functions
- Prior experience in audit firms, consulting, IT business sales, corporate legal/compliance teams, or software industry is an advantage
- Great communication skill in Korean is required, native/Professional fluency in English or Chinese is an added advantage
