- Manage and improve indirect procurement process.
- To drive than utilizing available resource and digital technology
- To ensure the complinace and deliver customer centric solutions
- Indirect Supplier selection and evaluation
- To drive the Request for proposal (RFP) creation,
- To lead the Requests for quotation (RFQ) and Bidding
- To lead the Supplier evaluation and selection (SESPA)
- Operational purchase
- To create the purchasing order by eReq and/or SAP
- To manage eReq system.
- To manage and implement 3rd party purchasing portal (3rd e-commerce)
- To manage the overdue Purchase Order (PO) and On Time Delivery (OTD)
- To support to Pay Process
- Indirect supplier improvement and development
- To Identifies critical suppliers
- To measue Supplier audit plan and perfomed and finding are followed up.
- Understanding of custome
- To drive Customer (Originator/Stakeholders) and Function success
- To build diverse netowrks and continuosly collaborate
- To create Indirect Contracts and agreements draft
- Understanding of Supplier
- To acticy the New Supplier regist (NSF) and information change
- To understand and indirect category market through survey and Requests for information (RFI)
Minimum bachelor’ degree in engineering or business management
- Minimum 3 years in Indirect procurement experience.
- More than 2 years SAP MM experience
- Expert level experience in the use Office 365, PBI, SharePoint, Teams
- Communication skill in english speaking and writing
- More than 2 years in Indirect procurment and supply chain under manufactruing environment
- Knowledge of Cost analysis.
- Knowledge of financial evaluation techniques and balance sheet and general legal structure
- Knowdedge of Procurment contract
- Knowdedge of Supplier performance, evaculation
