The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. Job Description:
Vendor Management & Compliance
- Oversee warehouse, line haul, and CC vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and service quality
- Monitor KPIs, contracts, and audit readiness, resolving escalations and safeguarding operational integrity.
- Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to align performance with Shopee standards.
Cross-Border Logistics
- Manage end-to-end cross-border process from Korea and Japan to SEA and LATAM, from export CC to import CC.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve lead time, cost, and reliability.
Operational Excellence & Cost Management
- Drive P&L improvement through vendor negotiations, process optimization, and performance tracking.
- Lead RFQs to secure competitive rates and reliable services.
- Standardize SLAs for 3PL contracts covering delivery, payment terms, claims, COD remittance, and reconciliation.
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor the team to achieve operational KPIs and business goals.
- Collaborate with regional SLS teams to align on best practices.
- Develop strategies to scale operations and support Shopee’s growth in Korea.
Requirements:
- Candidates with 7-8 years of experience
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Driven and motivated
- Has passion in the e-commerce industry
- Experience in B2C beauty export and SEA markets is a plus
