GE헬스케어 조영제 사업부에서 KOLs과 관계를 구축하며 학술 교류 및 자문 활동을 통하여 인사이트를 강화하는 업무를 담당하는 Medical advisor를 채용합니다. 최소 8년이상의 제약업계에서 유사한 업무를 하신 후보자를 우대하며 영어커뮤니케이션이 가능한 후보자를 선호합니다.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of local/regional medical plans aligned with global medical strategies.
- Provide medical input into brand strategy, lifecycle management, and launch readiness.
- Establish and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and academic institutions.
- Contribute to planning and initiating advisory board meetings or symposia and congress activities.
- Conduct scientific exchange and respond to medical inquiries in a compliant manner.
- Support clinical trials, investigator-sponsored studies (ISTs), and real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives.
- Closely collaborate with Global Medical Service teams and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Develop and deliver medical training to internal or external stakeholders.
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Provide medical expertise to cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, RA, QA and PV.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences (Pharmacist, PharmD, PhD preferred) or equivalent medical degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in medical affairs or clinical development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret and communicate clinical data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment
- Well-trained in compliance and Korean Code of Practice
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Diagnostics or Molecular Imaging therapeutic areas (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and excellence in customer-facing medical activities
- Closely collaboration with Global Medical Service teams and cross-functional teams
- Skilled in delivering impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Well-trained in compliance and Korean Code of Conduct
