What You Can Expect
The key roles of Product Manager are as follows, but not limited to.
- To manage product portfolio and product life cycle to enhance leading position in the market
- To educate salesforces(incl. distributors) on current & newly-launched products
- To set up & manage price table (list price, special price, etc) based on P&L analysis and competitiveness
- To collaborate with RA/QA/MA to expedite product registration and reimbursement application
- To cooperate with Operation team to facilitate effective deployment of instruments and inventory level optimization
- To achieve marketing goals & objectives which have been set up on annual business plan
For the roles, analytic mind with good strategic framework is required and good communication/presentation skills are also needed. A person with high level of orthopaedic knowledge with wide range of market information is preferred.
- This is a 2-year contract role.
How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Results (40%)
- Achieve Financial Targets (Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, Market Share..etc) & pricing management
Product & Service, Process Excellence (30%)
- Manage product portfolio and PLC to enhance leading position in the market.
- Improve product launch effectiveness through co-work with RA/QA/MA team to drive timely new-product registrations and reimbursement price applications
- Co-work with ZBI team to develop/implement best-in-class and differentiated local Med Ed programs.
- Cooperate with Operation team for effective managing of instruments and implants inventory
Customer & Commercial Excellence (30%)
- Ensure effective marketing and sales support execution to achieve growth rate above market in each business segment.
- Take initiatives for product related marketing activities and salesforce training.
- Increase customer engagement and strengthen positive Brand Experience through continued investments in Customer First programs.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Sound Marketing Framework (NPI process, Business Planning & Strategic Planning, clear understanding on 3C/STP/4P concepts and other marketing frameworks)
- Understanding on orthopedic products and market dynamics
- Good presentation and communication skill in both Korean and English
- Basic financial knowledge and analytic mindset
Your Background
Education
- University Graduate (4 yrs)
Experience & requirements
- Medical Device Experience more than 3 yrs.
- Orthopaedic Business Experience preferred (more than 2 years)
- Marketing Experience Preferred (more than 2 years)
Travel Expectations
Able to travel overseas
