Job Overview:
You will work closely with restaurants, activity providers, and tourist attractions to ensure smooth tour operations while supporting our freelance Tour Director community. Your work will directly impact the on-tour experience of thousands of travelers each year.

Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include:
Manage daily production tasks including supplier confirmations, updates, and special requests.
Secure bookings with restaurants, activity providers, and attractions.
Settle accounts with suppliers and support accounts payable processes.
Research and identify new business partners; occasional scouting trips may be required.
Follow up on quality control actions in collaboration with Procurement Specialists.
Provide on-tour support to Tour Directors and suppliers, including resolving unexpected challenges.
Collaborate with the Market Development team in the U.S. to improve logistics and develop itineraries.
Liaise with Operations and Tour Director departments in Zurich.
Support Tour Directors pre-tour with documentation, materials, and communication.
Assist the Operations team with administrative tasks and day-to-day problem solving.

Main Objectives for This Role:
Optimize operational workflows by coordinating production tasks, supplier confirmations, and financial settlements with accuracy and efficiency.
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by bridging communication between Tour Directors, Operations teams, and international offices.
Contribute to product development by refining itineraries, scouting new experiences, and providing feedback from on-tour operations.
Skills & Experience
University degree required.
Fluency in Korean and English is a must.
Prior experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-driven, flexible, and quick to learn with a proven ability to problem-solve.
Resilient with a positive, “nothing-is-impossible” attitude.
Comfortable learning and working with new technology and software.
Confident working with numbers; skilled in Microsoft Excel.
Analytical mindset with the ability to question processes and find creative improvements.
Nice to have:
International travel experience.
Knowledge of North American culture.
