A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for Siemens Energy gas turbines. The Project Manager will complete projects within the required quality framework (time, budget, functionalities) whilst ensuring success in terms of EH&S, quality, economic results, and customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Project Management of the LTSA projects, including onsite service and repair works
- Primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
- Ensure all outages and works are completed with zero harm and following Siemens Energy EHS standards
- Fully responsible for the technical and commercial success of the project
- Collaborate closely with global factories and international counterparts
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality management standards
- Acts as an entrepreneur on the level of decision making during all the project phases
What You Bring
- A degree in engineering, project management, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering or project management roles. Experience with rotating equipment is preferred.
- Collaborated effectively in teams, showing assertiveness and motivating others with customer focus and strong decision-making.
- Proven experience working in and leading project teams
- Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
- Project Management certification is advantageous

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
