We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Synthesis Manager to lead our team in the development and production of high-purity semiconductor precursors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organic chemistry, a deep understanding of semiconductor materials, and experience managing research and development projects.

Your Role:

• Lead a team of chemists in the synthesis of novel and high-purity semiconductor precursors.
• Develop and optimize synthetic routes, ensuring high yields, purity and reproducibility.
• Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineering, characterization, and business development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in semiconductor materials and synthesis techniques.
• Manage research budgets and timelines.

Who you are:

• Ph.D. in Organic chemistry or related field.
• At least +5 years of experience in the synthesis of organic compounds or semiconductor precursors for deposition process.
• Proven track record of leading research projects and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of analytical techniques such as NMR, TGA, GC-MS, and HPLC
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good English communication skill.

• Experience with hazardous materials and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processing.
• Experience with process scale-up and optimization.
• Working experience in a global semiconductor company.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data management.
