Position Summary
This is a fast-paced, hands-on Digital Marketing Managerial role in healthcare aesthetics requiring immediate multi-tasking and ownership of diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional capable of managing market analysis, reporting, vendor coordination, and strategic insights simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior with urgency
- Generate timely, actionable reports and dashboards for various internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines
- Coordinate with external data vendors and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Support marketing and sales teams with rapid insights and business recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in each core responsibility area (e.g., market analysis, report generation, data management). Candidates with 5+ years’ experience in multiple areas will be regarded as having the equivalent of 8+ years of comprehensive market analyst expertise.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a demanding setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare aesthetics or related healthcare sectors
- Familiarity with syndicated market data and external research vendors
- Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Comfort with high workload and rapid work pace
