About the Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive go-to-market strategies, lead cross-functional coordination, and develop messaging that connects product value with customer needs. You will play a key role in launching new products, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting business growth in both local and regional markets
What you'll do:
- Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns across all customer touch points.
- Develop product positioning, key messaging and competitive differentiation based on market and customer insights.
- Collaborate with sales , regulatory and digital marketing teams to align on product strategy and execution.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify opportunities and guide decision making
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including sales , ROI and so on.
- Support training and internal communication to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
- Optimize product content and conversion across digital platforms.
- Ensure appliance with all regulatory requirements for marketing claims and labeling.
- Contribute to long-term product portfolio strategy and innovation planning.
What you'll need:
- 5~10 years of experience in product marketing ideally in health supplements , consumer health or cosmetics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition or related field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Korean
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and basic analytics.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in the health supplement or food industry is a plus
- Passion for consumer insights , brand storytelling and driving impact
Bonus points for:
- Prior experience in health supplements, nutraceuticals or functional food industries.
- Strong understanding of scientific/clinical claims and ability to translate technical information into compelling consumer messaging.
