Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical equipment issues both remotely and on-site, ensuring optimal performance to support customer production.
Perform installation, operation, and annual preventive/breakdown maintenance of ECI systems.
Provide accurate documentation and service reports, including recurring issue analysis for internal teams.
Support and mentor field service and installation engineers during equipment setup and demonstration processes.
Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain clear communication with team leadership.
Conduct customer training sessions to ensure proper equipment usage and safety.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through internal systems and collaboration.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Chemistry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, with practical experience in chemical analysis.
- Proven ability to adapt to diverse organizational needs and dynamic environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
