We're looking for a Senior Director, Cloud Intelligent Cloud Compliance Monitoring to lead our efforts in ensuring robust compliance across our complex cloud environments and emerging intelligent computing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the compliance monitoring framework specifically tailored for our cloud infrastructure, AI/ML models, and other advanced computing solutions.
You'll lead a team dedicated to continuous monitoring, auditing, and reporting, ensuring that our innovative use of cloud and intelligent technologies adheres to all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
This position demands a deep understanding of cloud security, data privacy, AI ethics, and the evolving regulatory landscape impacting these advanced computing domains.
What You Will Do
- Strategy & Framework Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance monitoring strategy for all cloud-based services and intelligent computing services based on relevant regulation requirements including Korea and other countries.
- Cloud Service Provider Compliance Monitoring: As a Cloud Service Provider or Could Intelligent Cloud Service Provider, perform compliance monitoring based on the legal requirements of each country where we offer services to identify risks and remediation or mitigations.
- Intelligent Computing Compliance Oversight: Develop and oversee monitoring programs for AI/ML models and data pipelines, focusing on ethical AI principles, data bias, fairness, transparency, explainability, and compliance with emerging AI regulations.
- Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with cloud adoption and intelligent computing, including data breaches, misconfigurations, model drift, and regulatory non-compliance.
- Compliance Monitoring & Remediation: Lead internal compliance monitoring pertaining to cloud and intelligent computing compliance. Prepare comprehensive reports, track remediation efforts, and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate extensively with engineering, legal, security, privacy, and related stakeholders to enhance the compliance status into new cloud services and intelligent computing solutions.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of cloud and intelligent computing compliance specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in IT compliance, information security, risk management, and cloud computing service.
- Demonstrable expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective compliance and security offerings.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, and IoT from a compliance and risk perspective.
- High-level understanding and experience with the legal requirements for Cloud Service Providers and Cloud Intelligent Computing Service and AI related legal requirements
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing compliance monitoring programs in complex, dynamic environments.
- Experience working in a regulated Cloud Service Providers industry (e.g AWS, Azure, GCP) is a significant plus.

- End to end cloud service provider industry experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to synthesize complex technical and legal information.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving technology landscape.
