We are looking for a Senior Facility and Revenue Growth Manager in Seoul, Korea!
About the Role:
Lead multi-site self-storage operations and drive revenue growth strategies in Korea. This role combines operational leadership with commercial strategy to improve performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability across manned and unmanned facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance
- Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in facility management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related discipline.
- 7–10 years in operations (self-storage, hospitality, retail, or logistics)
- 3–5 years in revenue/commercial roles
- Experience in enterprise start-up environments or involvement in new business set-up is highly desirable.
- Exposure to multinational work environments is an advantage.
- Proven management experience in facility/revenue operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage change
- Strong leadership, analytics, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Korean and English is a plus

Pay: 4,000,000원 - 4,300,000원 per month
